Every SteamNest™ order ships free within the United States, with no minimum order required.
Processing Time
Most orders (about 80%) are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. A small number of orders may take a little longer to prepare, especially during holidays and busy seasons.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 8–15 days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally take longer because of carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak-season volume.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended time, or your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help sort it out. See our Refund Policy for details on damaged or defective items.
